Plush and fits well with deep sides meaning it easily goes over the whole mattress. The protector means it will be safe from messy guests.

Customer service with MicroCloud has been fantastic and the mattress topper is of very good quality, feels luxe and makes a huge difference in terms of comfort to our bedding. As well as that its great value with the commercial discount. Would 100% recommend Microcloud and all their products.

We bought an expensive latex matress from Making Matresses which was too hard and hot. Fortunately, we found a fantastic topper from MicroCloud bedding which made our bed very comfortable and much cooler, we just love it 🙂

I love all of the MicroCLoud products but I would say that the Mattress Toppers are my favourite out of all of the products that they make. I have an Airbnb and the customers continually comment on how fantastic the bedding is with the MicroCloud products.

I've been using these inserts for some time now and they never fail! They tick still the boxes. As an interior designer and vegan, I love that they have that feather look without the cruelty aspect. They're also plastic free and therefore non toxic so it's a win win win!

So cosy and comfy, for all seasons. Just right for me.

I ordered this pillow after staying at a hotel in Melbourne that had this brand. This is honestly the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. It is the perfect level of softness for me. Will definitely be ordering more.

This mattress topper is very comfortable. Our mattress is a medium/firm, but as we have gotten older it is too hard for our aching bones. This topper makes a huge difference. I fluff it up about twice a week, we sleep much better. Don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore and don’t wake up aching in the mornings. I highly recommend this product.

I have been on the hunt for the perfect pillow for years. My husband has youth injuries from playing rugby and degenerative injuries to his shoulders and neck from work. He has complained about pillows forever, bamboo, polyester, cotton, buck wheat and even bambillo? Nothing, until now! You, geniuses, may have solved the Worlds pillow problem. Have had the pillow for close to 1 year. I have tried many pillows over many years and after hearing a recommendation from a radio talk back host , decided to try one. I can honestly say it is the best pillow I have ever had. It is very comfortable, and the best part (according to my partner) is that I no longer snore!!

Great supportive pillow without being hard. I am a side, back and front sleeper and it works well All ways! The cases are also really good and look great on my bed. It’s nice to have pillows that actually fit the size of the bed, look good and are also great to sleep on.

We purchased MicroCloud pillows, mattress toppers and quilts for our Air Bnb, Slow River, on the East Coast of Tasmania. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the products, and we get comments from guests all the time about how wonderful our bedding is. After much research into mattresses and bed bases, both here and on the internet, I thankfully stumbled upon MicroCloud. I was impressed by the many favourable reviews and the fact that they are used by so many high-end hotels and Airbnb's. Our last mattress was purchased online, so that didn't put me off. Jonathan answered my many emails, and at no point did I feel pressured into a sale. We worked out together which mattress would work best based on what we already owned. The whole ordering process was very easy and the bed base, especially, is so customised I now have bed storage, something I never knew I needed and now know I won't be able to live without! The bed and mattress were ready much quicker than anticipated. Whilst there was a little hiccup on the day of delivery (through no fault of MicroCloud), Jonathan was able to sort everything out immediately, even on a public holiday for him. This shows his level of care and attention to detail, something lacking from many other companies. Now to the bed, the bed base is exactly how we ordered, the fabric, drawers, everything custom-made. It feels so solid compared to the numerous bed bases we've had or seen before, and looks really good. The mattress itself is so light compared to our last, but it is so comfortable. Add to this the mattress topper, something new to me, and the whole experience really is like sleeping on a cloud. I'm sleeping so well since we received it, I realise how old and uncomfortable our last bed had become. The included topper and waterproof cover can be machine washed, so everything will feel really fresh.

Customer service was very quick to contact me and arrange a satisfactory solution. __________________________________________________ Original Review: This is a severely overhyped product, don't be fooled! The topper is average at best and I have felt no noticeable improvement in my rest. In fact, I also got my friend to try it and they said it was "only slightly better than just sleeping on the mattress itself". The price is far too much for this product. This is a regretful purchase for sure. I wish I had taken the money I spent and invested it towards a new mattress.

Very good quality hotel pillows but due to injuries sustained to my neck in an accident when younger I found them unsuitable for my needs. Other than that they are excellent quality pillows as advertised.

Excellent quilt! High quality as we've come to expect from MicroCloud. Warm in winter and not too warm in summer. I must also mention that Jonathon at MicroCloud offers exceptional help and service. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate dealing with a business who cares about the quality of their products and service.

I use two king pillows and one standard pillow on top as i need to sleep sitting up for medical reasons. It has meant that i can get away with using the same bed at the moment which s a great option and definitely a cost saving too.

After purchasing these earlier for our home, we just had to have them for our caravan travelling. They are so comfortable and just the right height. I have used 2 pillows for years until I tried the Hotel King Pillows. No more sore necks or shoulders and only one pillow is needed. I think they are brilliant! Thank you Lee

I purchased one of the medium firmness mattresses from MicroCloud Bedding and can honestly say both myself and my fiancé absolutely love it. The mattress is soft to sleep on but does not sag and provides a great night sleep for both partners. I would highly recommend.
