After much research into mattresses and bed bases, both here and on the internet, I thankfully stumbled upon MicroCloud. I was impressed by the many favourable reviews and the fact that they are used by so many high-end hotels and Airbnb's. Our last mattress was purchased online, so that didn't put me off. Jonathan answered my many emails, and at no point did I feel pressured into a sale. We worked out together which mattress would work best based on what we already owned. The whole ordering process was very easy and the bed base, especially, is so customised I now have bed storage, something I never knew I needed and now know I won't be able to live without! The bed and mattress were ready much quicker than anticipated. Whilst there was a little hiccup on the day of delivery (through no fault of MicroCloud), Jonathan was able to sort everything out immediately, even on a public holiday for him. This shows his level of care and attention to detail, something lacking from many other companies. Now to the bed, the bed base is exactly how we ordered, the fabric, drawers, everything custom-made. It feels so solid compared to the numerous bed bases we've had or seen before, and looks really good. The mattress itself is so light compared to our last, but it is so comfortable. Add to this the mattress topper, something new to me, and the whole experience really is like sleeping on a cloud. I'm sleeping so well since we received it, I realise how old and uncomfortable our last bed had become. The included topper and waterproof cover can be machine washed, so everything will feel really fresh.

Delightfully light but way too hot. I give this three stars only because it is really lightweight & I can't stand weight on my feet at night, otherwise it would be 1 star. I don't understand how they brag about it being appropriate for all seasons. Our 20 something year old light-weight donna was looking quite shabby when I changed the covers, so I decided now was the time to buy something new.... I had no intention of spending more than $100, but after reading all the rave reviews figured what the hell, we hardly ever spend money on anything to spoil ourselves. Unlike when I was younger, I have been starting to feel the cold, even bought an electric blanket a few months back - we're in Melbourne and omg the temps were around zero for quite a few nights, so, yeah, no more cold feet on hubby when we jumped under the covers. He'd keep his side of the blanket on all night sometimes, he really feels the cold (especially my feet). Not me, can't handle that. First night under our beautiful new microcloud doona, no weight over my feet, I was like YAY. At the time I was in the winter nighty, flanelette sheets & the electric blanket were all on. Nearly died. Night 2. Summer nighty, no electric blanket...slightly better but still half of me out of bed by the wee hours. Night 3. Cotton sheets (oh hubby was SO grumpy), summer nighty etc. And we're talking mid-winter Melbourne nights. This is not an 'All Seasons' doona - unless maybe you're in Alaska, or maybe Tassie? (not sure, that's a visit that's on my bucket list). It is really lovely when it's cold, but if you're a warm sleeper, not for you.

I discovered Microcloud Bedding after staying at a hotel that had the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on. I loved them so much that I ended up buying the same pillows for myself, and they did not disappoint!
The quality and comfort are amazing, and the customer service is just as good. The team was always happy to help, especially with delivery updates, and they were genuinely kind and responsive throughout the process.

We purchased a new pocket spring mattress that we soon found was too firm for us. We happened to stay a night at the Intercontinental Hotel and found the mattress there had an inbuilt "luxury pillowtop" and was very comfortable, so we purchased a MicroCloud topper to improve the comfort of our mattress. A significant improvement, but still not quite enough for us, so we ordered a 2 inch thick "gel infused memory foam topper" and put it on top of the MicroCloud topper. That is an unusual solution (and we obviously spent more than we originally intended), but the two work together brilliantly, they do not detract from the spinal support of the mattress, and we now sleep through the whole night very comfortably. You cannot put a price on that!

After sleeping on the MicroCloud mattress I no longer suffer with back pain, it is so comfortable and supportive and the topper adds to the luxury feel. After a couple of hiccups which Tony sorted out with no trouble, I’m super happy with this purchase. Tony also gifted me a V-pillow to use when I’m reading or watching tele which was very unexpected and welcome. The customer service from MicroCloud has always been very friendly and reliable.

I bought the mattress topper and protector about two months ago, and I am extremely pleased with both items. The mattress topper is nice and thick and extremely comfortable. It doesn’t flatten down, even with the protector on top, and also doesn’t get too hot. I am so glad I found the MicroCloud site and have recommended it to my friends.

Ordered a few of these mattress toppers for our Airbnb as I couldn’t buy new mattresses and needed something durable that would add comfort in the meantime. They worked a charm, my son wanted one for his bed as well. Highly recommend.

What a great working relationship we have with this awesome Australian owned business. We have had their products in our rooms since we opening in 2020 and have only received compliments from our guests on our bedding. We put it down to the quality of Microcloud products together with some other features of the bed. We purchased Quilts, Toppers, Pillows and couldn't recommenced them more! After purchasing these earlier for our home, we just had to have them for our caravan travelling. They are so comfortable and just the right height. I have used 2 pillows for years until I tried the Hotel King Pillows. No more sore necks or shoulders and only one pillow is needed. I think they are brilliant! Thank you Lee

I slept on a bed from MicroCloud on my travels. I ran out and ordered one. It has been an investment in my own wellbeing and sleep has never been so good.

The King size is smaller the the King size Quilt covers we have. I would order a Super King size next time to fill the Quilt cover. Quilt is soft but could be a little thicker/plumper.

Having always had feather quilts I wasn’t sure about the move to a non feather product… Well! I was surprised how lovely this quilt is to sleep under. I originally bought a quilt with pillows to give our air BnB rental a luxury, hotel vibe, but after sleeping under it myself one night, I now have another on the way for my bed. Laundering is easy and it just looks and feels luxe … ! What started with a pillow has now changed my whole bed… lovely weight and I’m rewarded with good sleeps and happy guests. Win Win !!

I’ve had a bad back and neck for years and tried different and often mattresses. The MicroCloud is super comfortable, and I had no pain at all getting used to it. The team at MicroCloud provided excellent service and it’s locally made! Highly recommend.
