Delivery
Each mattress and base is hand made to order, here in Melbourne. Production takes approximately 10 – 15 business days. Plus delivery time on top depending on your location.
You will be notified once manufacturing is complete. We will work with you to schedule in a suitable delivery date. 24-48 hours prior to delivery, the driver will call you to arrange a time.

FAQ
How do I place my mattress order?
Please contact us directly so that we can understand your needs and establish if our mattress will be suitable for you. We then send you an invoice for 50% deposit and commence manufacturing. The balance will be due once delivery has been booked in.
What is included in the mattress package?
We have purposely made the mattress to complement our topper. They work hand-in-hand together. Therefore you will receive our mattress topper and mattress protector complimentary with each mattress.
How much is mattress delivery?
You will receive delivery to your bedroom. Delivery will be quoted depending on your location. Â Contact us to find out more.
How long does it take to make my mattress?
We hand make your mattress to order which typically takes 2.5 weeks. Plus delivery time on top depending on location
