After use, plump and fluff up the microCloud pillow to re-establish the loft. Always use a pillowcase and protector with the pillow. You can alternate the side of the pillow you sleep on.  Outdoor airing in direct sunlight is recommended. If necessary, microCloud pillows can be machine washed and tumble dried.
